Q: How much does it cost to have my mattress removed?

Q: What are the different disposal methods for mattresses?

A: There are three primary methods for disposing of mattresses:

• Landfill: This is the least eco-friendly option, but infested or soiled mattresses had to be disposed of at the landfill..

• Recycling: Recycled mattresses can be repurposed into various products like carpet padding, insulation, or even new mattresses. This is the most environmentally responsible option.

• Donation: Gently used mattresses can be donated to some charities or shelters.

Q: Do you remove box springs as well?

A: Yes, we offer box spring removal as an additional service. Please see our pricing page for more details.

Q: How do I prepare my mattress for pickup?

A: Generally, you don't need to do anything special to prepare your mattress for pickup. However, it's helpful to remove any bedding and make sure the area around the mattress is clear for easy access.

Q: What happens if my mattress is damaged or infested with pests?

A: If you have bed bugs, fleas, or roaches please state this when booking your appointment. We have to send out a specific trailer and several additional precautions have to be taken in order to avoid spreading the bugs or pests. Additional fees will be added for infested mattresses. Soiled Mattress also have to be disposed of separately. 

 Q: Do you offer same-day or next-day service?

A: The availability of same-day or next-day service depends on our schedule. Most days we can add a same day request to the start or end of the day depending on the workload. We do our best to accommodate same day pickups.

Q: What are the environmentally friendly practices of your service?

A:We prioritize mattress recycling and donation, minimizing their environmental impact.

A: For your peace of mind, we are licensed and insured..

Q: Do you offer a discount for multiple or bulk mattresses from the same location?

A: Yes, we offer a bulk discount price for multiple mattress pickup in the same location.

Q: Does Goodwill take mattresses?

A: No, unfortunately Goodwill does not take any mattress donations.  Many charities and Donation facilities stopped taking mattress donations after the Covid Pandemic.
